applications is currently looking for Quality Assurance
Sr. Manager for their plant based in Bulgaria.

Reporting directly to Global Quality Director and
indirectly to the site GM, the Quality Assurance Sr
Manager will have the overall quality assurance
responsibility for the Bulgarian Facility; he/she will
be responsible for: - Drive the quality transformation
for the site which has already 20 years running on this
operation - Able to translate Strategic Goals into
executable actions on the Operations Environment -
Lead the Transformation to become our client as the
prefer supplier base for their Customers on quality
results and fast response. - Create the Needed Human
Structures and Systems - Manage complex solving
problems. (Pokayoke- 100%Auto inspection techniques) and
quality controls techniques to reduce human dependency.
- Effectively Communicate to higher levels in the
organization when required - Calibration Measurement
Systems Labs - Customer Direct Contact Interface -
P&L Annual Plan Budget and Cost control the Budget
through the year - Turn Over reduction-Create the
environment to develop the organization - Incoming
Inspection Department - Indirect responsibility with
Suppliers Quality - Lead Communication in complex
problem solving - Directly responsible for the outgoing
quality for the Bulgarian Site - Develop the
organization to a Sustainable Continuous Improvement
path - Lead an organization serving different segment
markets, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial and hvac
segment business. 70% of the share serving Automotive
industry - Lead and Manage Quality in several type of
production environments, High Volume-Low Mix and High
