Описание вакансии: Reporting to the VP, Talent, Rewards & Systems, the Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for all Flextronics sites in the emea region. This role will manage site and regional recruiters and work closely with our HR GBS Organization (Shared Services) providing engagement and leadership responsibility for professional exempt positions in order to achieve talent needs as driven by our business, customer expectations and overall growth. The Director, Talent Acquisition will act as the direct lead for any Executive level openings within the Region. Principle accountabilities/duties: - Manage a highly productive geographically and organizationally dispersed recruiting team, providing leadership and daily/weekly direction. - Coordinate Talent Acquisition activity across the emea region to include direct or indirect functional coordination of the Staffing teams located in various countries within the emea region. - Partner with the Director of the HR GBS and manage, on a dotted line basis, the activities of the Regional TA GBS function in support of all emea Recruiting. - Leverage metrics to monitor and enhance the team's performance. - Develop performance goals and motivate the team to exceed expectations - Identify key sourcing channels, developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies where appropriate. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal clients, hiring managers, candidates and external community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. - Inform Senior Leadership team of trends in the marketplace and present both sourcing and talent acquisition strategies to help grow at an aggressive pace. - Assure compliance with all regulatory/legal requirements and company policies. - Provide complete, accurate and inspiring value proposition to potential candidates about Flextronics and specific role. - Manage regional external staffing vendors (e.g., sourcing job boards and other sources). - Provide strategic direction, staffing expertise, advice and counsel to senior management and all levels within the organization on a variety of staffing issues. - Be a working manager maintaining the ability to work and close critical and/or executive level requisitions. | Минимальный оклад | 1 руб. |
