variety of industries such as shipbuilding,
manufacturing, and automotive repair. Its product line
includes handheld and mechanized plasma systems and
consumables, as well as CNC motion and height controls.

Our client is looking for right person for the Chief
Accountant/Operational Manager role. This person will
primary responsibility is over the financial and
accounting oversight and administration of the Company.
In addition the candiate will have General Management
responsibilities such as HR, payroll, employment
contracts/law, overall compliance of legal entity and
product regulatory compliance. This position will be
responsible for consolidating accounting, finance,
regulatory, compliance, tax & HR and is critical to
the expansion of Russian entity. The eventual goal is
for this position to hold all Fiduciary responsibilities
