The post holder is responsible for delivering the right product, at the right time, every time at the optimal cost through a motivated and skilled workforce;
Working in a fast-paced warehousing operation with budget responsibility;
The post holder will have 3 direct reports and least 30 indirect reports (call center including);
The post holder will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the warehouse;
The post holder will need to be focused on developing a strong people culture.
▪ A graduate level qualification or proven track record at this level
▪ Experience running a modern Warehouse, Factory or Production operation in Russia
▪ Prepared to travel and during the first year spend extensive periods away from home
▪ Experience of management of a 2 direct reports and 50 indirect reports
