▪ Develop and implement annual operating plan for the CIS market
▪ Jointly develop the most efficient coverage pattern and account priorities for the region as well as call frequency on accounts
▪ Promote, sell, and service tof the company to the dealers and distributors in CIS
▪ Develop and execute account growth strategy and plan in CIS
▪ Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction company's products in CIS including direct assistance and product training to customers and distributors as required
▪ Work closely with customer service in developing and maintaining sales in target customer segments in CIS
▪ Assist in determining customer needs and methods of improving company's position
▪ Work closely with the engineering team in providing customer requirements and support launch of new products
▪ Continuously update own technical knowledge of existing, new, and proposed Company product lines
▪ Monitor and track expenses and submit expense reports within specific Company policies
▪ Submits customer call reports on a timely basis as specified by Company policy
▪ Initiate strategic projects that support company's expansion into CIS business case development is required to justify resource deployment
▪ Bachelors in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent experience
▪ Minimum five to ten years proven experience and success in a sales & marketing role, preferably in the construction equipment industry
▪ Must possess knowledge of sales & marketing techniques and apply with an intense customer satisfaction orientation
▪ Must be technically inclined and possess basic knowledge of construction equipment operations
▪ Must have a strong professional demeanor and skills consistent with account development
▪ Strong oral and written communication skills
▪ High energy, self starter, result driven, entrepreneur spirit, and passionate about winning
▪ Proficiency in Russia and English is a must
